In The Game, players are trained to create challenges that stretch them beyond their comfort zone, effectively blocking the all-too-familiar “path of least resistance.” By applying the principles of The Game—a 90-day deadline, rules, prizes, consequences, and accountability—they are forced to design habits that allow them to meet those challenges, often producing extraordinary results.
While Games are customized for companies, there are six standard Games available for individuals. These build upon each other. Earlier Games focus on building the players’ skills to produce results. 3. Advanced Communications Skills Training Camp
This intense, two-day training will enable you to excel over the phone, face to face and in any presentation setting.
This Game teaches advanced telephone prospecting telephone skills, time management and territory/account management skills, face to face consultative communication skills and presentation skills. Along with the two-day training event, you will participate in a follow up Tele-Huddle and can be interviewed to participate on a 90 day team for long-term retention of the new skills you learn.

Being a VIP enables you to receive videotaped one on one coaching from Sarano Kelley and audience feedback.

5. The Business Game (Our most popular entry level Game) 
This Game is all about client acquisition.
Learn the process to turn clients into advocates for your business. As advocates, your clients will engage as partners – helping you to establish a referral stream of others who can become a part of your own network of high-quality relationships as you learn the fundamentals of The Game. The goal of this Game for many players is to increase the amount of times they can ask for business by a minimum of 300% and their referrals they receive by a minimum of 500%.

6. The Advanced Business Consultative Selling Skills Game
Players will develop a high level of effectiveness in client meetings and relationships by learning how to consistently access “The Zone”.
This Game teaches you how to create intimate relationships within short periods of time with high-quality client contacts. You will generate trust and increase client loyalty. Players of this Game typically play to achieve a minimum increase of 100% in their closing ratio.

This game supports players in establishing a sustainable performance model for work and for life.
This game supports players in establishing a sustainable performance model for work and for life. You will increase your productivity at work by incorporating higher levels of satisfaction and balance. Using a comprehensive approach, you will learn to transfer these skills into other areas of your life. Players in this Game typically report results such as:
- Loosing a minimum of 20-30lbs
- Cutting their body fat by a minimum of 25%
- Reigniting passion or healing key intimate relationships
- Doubling their productivity while reducing time at work
- Taking on major business, charitable, and/or life initiatives
This Game requires that you make significant improvements in a minimum of three areas of life simultaneously.

8. The Inner Leadership Game (pre-requisite Life Mastery)
When individuals cannot demonstrate to their followers the ability to lead themselves, a leadership gap exists. In this Game, players will close that gap and increase their effectiveness as leaders by creating a high level of internal integrity. One of the unique features of this Game is a face to face meeting with your Coach, Sarano Kelley, and your team members with a complimentary spectators attendance to The Advanced Communication Skills Training Program. Players of this Game report a greatly increased ability to follow through on commitments, complete tasks on time while greatly reducing stress and disorganization.

9. The Team Leadership Game (pre-requisite Inner Leadership)
Go beyond team-building to team-leading! Learn to master team skills and become a more effective leader. Players of this Game assume a high level of responsibility for creating alignment within their teams. This enables them and their teams to produce results with a sense of elegance and ease. At this level players are trained to continue their ability to use the Game process along with their team members as a lifelong resource with or without a Coach.

10. The Global Leadership Game (pre-requisite Team Leadership)
This Game operates from the question: How may I serve? Players of the Global Leadership Game are not just leaders in their own businesses but also in their communities, families or industries. In playing this Game, they will further their understanding of the global implications of leadership, realizing their own purposes and goals at a global level. Players of this Game produce the biggest results for themselves and others with the greatest level of ease and continuous access to living in “The Zone”.

11. One-On-One Private Coaching (price on application)
This intimate relationship with a Sarano Kelley Coach empowers new players and past players want to work intensely on a very specific set of circumstances or issues in a one on one environment. Subjects like a natural transition in life, transition in careers, to transition within a firm.
Previously one on one coaching with Sarano Kelley was reserved exclusively for Chairman, CEO’s and Presidents of Fortune 500 companies as well as celebrities and top government officials.
One on one coaching requires an interview with a Senior Sarano Kelley Coach and an initial coaching assessment. The consultation and assessment fee is $999 and takes 60 minutes. If you are accepted as a private one on one coaching client of Sarano Kelley’s then the consultation fee is applied to your coaching tuition. After the initial consultation the cost of One on One Exclusive Coaching will be determined by the nature of the coaching and the length of time needed.
12. Public Team Coaching
This unique program comes with a once per week Group Coaching Call where players listen in as you learn the principals of The Game in a large group format. Each day a daily prospecting “Bugle Call” replaces the traditional 3 person daily accountability call. The subject of the weekly call is our Life Mastery Game curriculum and the subject of the 20 minute morning Bugle Call is prospecting and it is called a “Bugle Call” because it takes place at 3am PST, 6am EST…not for the faint of heart. Players should expect to do more prospecting in 90 days than they typically do in a year.
