Player of the Month July 07
Dan Klein

Dan Klein, Senior Vice President - Branch Manager - Hudson Valley Complex. Wachovia Securities, NY.

Dan Klein: Life After The Game

Congratulations going out to Dan Klein, a manager with Wachovia Securities based in New York.

Along with 12 other managers, Dan played on a private coaching team for 90 days in the fourth quarter of 2006. Overall this team had incredible results in both their personal and professional lives.

In one of Dan’s Game areas he played the ‘recruiting game’ as this spoke to his business goals within his Work Game.

Dan's goal was to have 3 recruiting meetings per week and hire 4 recruits in 2007. During Dan's Game he was able to implement the structures to build a solid pipeline of recruits resulting in him making a huge increase above his original goal. Dan closed 9 recruits, brining in around 5 million dollars in new production and over $ 500,000,000 in assets!! Dan was also able to hire 6 new Financial Advisors trainees in his branches as well so far in 2007.

We asked Dan, "What did you attribute to your Game success's"? Dan replied, "Same time last year I was fortunate to close 1 or 2 recruits, 9 was just out of the question for such a short period of time but with the coaching and structure of mind dumping and time blocking I found it was very doable to make this goal a reality. I was able to do more in less time."

You might think this would be enough but Dan didn’t stop there, not only did he open a new office, he was inspired by hearing about another Game Player’s goal of writing a book in 90 days, so, he did just that. With co-author Jason Emerson, he wrote “Are we there yet…?” Observations and pointers on how to plan for the rest of your life and perhaps discover your special purpose along the way. Available at Amazon Bookstore .

Dan also played The Charity Game and to continue with ‘life after the Game’, all proceeds from the book will be donated to charity. Dan and Jason are currently sourcing appropriate charities to donate to, if you feel a charity you know would align with their purpose, please email info@saranokelley.com .

Not only did Dan produce amazing results durin gthe 90 days of coaching, 6 months on he is sstill basking in the glory of his accompolishments and witnessing an ongoing success in all aspects of his Game. We are looking forward to Dan's next Game!

If you would like to nominate an extraordinary Player or you yourself have some extraordinary results you'd like to share, please email info@saranokelley.com .

Rao Garuda
Rao Garuda: Life After The Game

Congratulations going out to Dan Klein, a producing manager with Wachovia Securities based in New York.

We are very proud to be highlighting a Game Player in each edition of our newsletter. This, our first edition, we could not go past an extraordinary individual, Rao Garuda. Rao has spent 27 years in the financial industry and a remarkable 15 years as a Million Dollar Round Table and Top of the Table member.

Rao is currently at the mid point of his Game of his Life Mastery Game and during this Game, one of his goals was to raise $500 million dollars to be shared amongst different charitable organizations throughout the world. At the mid point sharing (Game day 45) of Rao’s team results, he was able to share with us this one amazing goal;

After being inspired by a spiritual master, a gentleman who set up a Hospital in southern India run by volunteer doctors & nurses, Rao saw a greater need. The people in surrounding villages were unable to travel to this hospital. Therefore during his 90 Day Game, Rao's goal was to raise $250,000 to provide a Mobile Hospital to take the 60 volunteer doctors & nurses to the remote villiages in the surrounding area. He accomplished this goal within an amazing 45 days!!

Many people in the world have been touch and inspired by Rao. In the Game Community, we too have been inspired. When you hear of us coaching on ‘finding a purpose’ nothing quite sums it up as well as Rao in how he is one individual who has identified his purpose, fulfilled on it and continues to live it day by day. In Rao’s words; “you can make all the money in the world and achieve great satisfaction but making a difference in the lives of those you come in touch with, gives you the greatest satisfaction of all.”
