Player Rewards
The Points

3 Points entitles you to a scholarship to the next level of curriculum out of the 2 year coaching program:

  • 1/4 point for a written recommendation or reference letter to your senior management, public relations and training department
  • 1/2 point for a program suggestion, that is approved and incorporated into the curriculum and The Game
  • 1 point for each person that is referred to The Game and signs up for coaching and you agree to "mentor"
  • 3 points for recommending us for an "effective" keynote that we deliver
  • 9 points for recommending us to a company that plays The Company Game (entitles you to 90 days of one on one coaching with Sarano as your personal coach)
  • 12 points for recommending us to a sponsor (entitles you to play one 90 day game with Sarano as your daily partner)

Coaching Program Referral

This program allows players to share The Game with important people whose lives they would like to contribute to and make a difference in. You will be assigned as Game Mentor to the player you refer and the Sarano Kelley Team will be responsible for recruiting the player. (See Rules and Regulations for more details)

Keynote Referral

When referring speaking opportunities it is important to go over the opportunity with your coach to see if it applies to the situation you have in mind. Referring a speaking opportunity should benefit the person doing the referring so that they maintain an active interest in the success of that program. This would be a role of the referee as Game Advocate Partner and the Sarano Kelley Team will be responsible for all details involved in setting up the event with the referred organization.

Program Letter

The Game ‘program letter of recommendation’ or ‘testimonial report’ on Game results, in order to qualify, should be addressed to key opinion leaders in your firm and or community.

Mutual Fund Sponsor

By creating a Mutual Fund Sponsor Partnership and becoming a top partner with Sarano Kelley Inc, this will have Sarano be your 90 day personal coach. Only one person per Mutual Fund Sponsor would be acknowledged in this way and the coaching is transferable to a qualified individual with the agreement of Sarano Kelley Inc. This person receives a personal interview for coaching.

The same applies for introducing us to companies that decide to participate in a “company game”. This is where an entire company or a division of a company plays The Game to achieve key corporate initiatives.

Rules and Regulations for the Game Rewards Program
Game Mentor

The responsibility of the Mentor is to be in contact with the person they referred every 30 days during their Game to support them in accomplishing their goals. Also, it is helpful for the Mentor to be on the final Game call for a person they are supporting in the process and be invited as a ‘fan’ to that player. A referred player must qualify for The Game by interview process by a Sarano Kelley Coach. A referred player must successfully complete their coaching program prior to the points being rewarded to the Mentor.

Game Advocate Partner

The responsibility of the Advocate Partner is to maintain and liaise with the Sarano Kelley Team and the opportunity they presented. A speaking opportunity Partner will be rewarded points only after the referred event contract is signed and payment of event has been made in full.

Letter of Recommendation

The points will be rewarded to the player that shares their letter of recommendation with key people in their business and personal life only when a copy of the said document has been forwarded to the Sarano Kelley Team.

Mutual Fund Sponsor Partner

The person most responsible for the Sarano Kelley Team establishing an “effective” relationship with a mutual fund sponsor will be awarded 90 days of one on one weekly coaching with Sarano. That coaching will take place over 90 days and will involve a 30 minute call once a week for 12 weeks. This reward can be transferred to a family member or friend if an interview establishes that the coaching would be beneficial for the individual being recommended.

While the rewards program is not for everyone it is a way of clearly supporting individuals who wish to share The Game powerfully while recognizing that in this process your support and participation are critical to the success of anyone you refer.
